Confused by the title? Don’t be; let me introduce you to the Airun Plus, which are essentially very ‘smart’ trainers for those of us who enjoy a bit of fitness... and the odd cool gadget! They are perfect for the professional lady with limited time on her hands.

We were recently introduced to these little beauties. Now I’m known for being a gym bunny and adorning these in the gym would win you friends! They are so unique... but not for the sake of being so. They have a purpose as well as look good.
These trainers feature a SMART controller which works out your BMI, the recommended amount of calories to be burnt each day and your optimal recommended weight based on your BMI. And that’s just for starters!
Alongside this, whilst exercising it provides real time statistics on the number of calories burnt, percentage of recommended exercise achieved, paces taken, distance travelled and time spent exercising. The trainers act as your very own personal trainer, ingenious. Alongside all of their digital aspects, they also feature two interchangeable weighted insoles which increase the intensity when working out (based on a similar principle to ankle weights) so they ultimately compensate for a lack of time, meaning wearers can get the same value from a 30 minute exercise as they would froman hour long exercise using normal footwear.
