Q - I'm a size 16, and my legs are short, but in good shape. I’d love to wear skinny jeans, but I can’t find a pair to suit my proportions. Should I just stick to my old faithful baggy jeans that disguise my lumps and bumps, or would another style be more flattering for my shape?

Answer: Skinny jeans can make your hips appear to be larger, but hiding under a baggy pair of boyfriend jeans, won’t do your figure any favours either. So, I’d go for a flared stretchy leg to balance out your shape. Alternatively you could go for a pair of boot cut or wide leg jeans in a dark denim or black colour. Wearing them with platform heels or high boots will make your legs appear even longer too!
