Armani must be one of the happiest brands on the planet right now... they made the headlines in pretty much every newspaper and fashion site around this week... millions of pounds worth of exposure. But is it yesterday’s chip paper that’s been forgotten as quickly as her husband’s last hairdo and was it worth the £12m paid for Victoria’s fee?
Let’s put it this way... Armani will aim to get as much attention as physically possible from this ad in order to make it a worthwhile investment so expect to see it everywhere.
Ladies also look up to Victoria Beckham... love her or hate her she’s a sharp cookie and knows how to grab the limelight when it comes to style. Yes... she has the sort of clothes budget many of us could only dream of which in turn means that she never has to wear anything twice (including Armani underwear I’m guessing), but I actually think she was a sound investment for the brand – because she is so image conscious and isn’t likely to be caught with a ten pound note up her nose in the toilets next week!
