Stereophonics Live in Glasgow
What a fantastic night! The Stereophonics were almost in touching distance and the sound rang around the small venue in Glasgow. The band admitted they were rusty, with Kelly Jones practicing a guitar solo he hadn’t done for a couple of years.
This did not detract from how good they sounded with old and new hits alike being lapped up by the excited crowd. From the first song The Bartender and the Thief to the amazing last song Dakota, they enthralled us all and it was a real treat to be among so few, it made the 350 mile round trip worth every effort. The Stereophonics must be among the top live bands in the world.
