A recent survey carried out to celebrate the 25th anniversary of London Fashion Week has revealed some rather unusual findings in relation to the general public’s perception of the most influential fashion and beauty innovations from the past, present and future.

We’re a nation of glitz and glamour right? Wrong… more like convenience and comfort!

Our favorite item is the common Zip followed by Velcro, then breathable fabric, quickly followed by wash and wear fabrics.
