A recent survey from Zotrim has confirmed that women’s biggest hang up lies around their waistline... in fact both men and women detest the sight of their wobbly bellies more than anything else!

After the jelly belly the ‘muffin top’ (the unsightly waistband overhang) is our second most hated part and our third is those dreaded ‘thunder thighs’.
To be fair these results don’t come as a surprise to me because the belly is one of the first places we see the weight go on and normally the first place we feel it as trousers and skirts don’t fit like they used to. The secret to keeping a trim tummy lies in not overeating and just an excercise called 'The Plank' - It burns of the fat in no time!
