iStylista is...
- a personal stylist and shopper directory that’s free for consumers to use to find an personal stylist
- an online personal styling and shopping service run and managed by professional personal stylists. Our stylists hand profile every single item of clothing before it is put live on our website helping you determine what is suitable for your individual body shape, budget, size and natural colouring – start here
- iStylista allows you to download your own personalised style guide full of style advice specific to you, after completing a simple style questionnaire.
Do I need to pay to use iStylista?
No. iStylista’s Online Changing Room functionality is currently free to use for all ladies that want to shop anywhere in the World – simply complete your profile to become an exclusive member. It’s also free to use iStylista’s personal stylist directory – in fact, you get a complimentary 10 minute consultancy with a stylist of your choice by Skype or phone. iStylista’s personalised style guides are not free, however you have the opportunity to download your free trial before you buy.
I can’t find a personal stylist near me using the directory
We’ve recently launched the personal stylist directory, which means that we’re still growing our database of preferred personal stylists who are qualified to assist you. We’ve typically got a personal stylist on every continent so please try searching by country if you have no results with searching for your town.
How do I register on iStylista?
There are two ways in which you can become an exclusive iStylista member. Firstly, complete your Style File and follow the simple instructions on our Home Page. Secondly, if you wish to purchase and download a style guide follow the instructions on the Style Guides page.
Please note: By completing either registration process you will have full access to your private online changing room at your convenience.
How do I get my 15 minute personal stylist consultation using the personal stylist directory
Every personal stylist listed has agreed to provide a complimentary 15 minute style consultation via Skype or telephone. Simply click the ‘Skype’ button or ‘telephone’ icon on the stylist’s personal page and you’ll be able to get in touch how you like. Please mention that you are calling them having found them on iStylista.
How do I buy an item I like?
iStylista works with some of Europe’s leading fashion e-tailers. We don’t hold stock but simply showcase the latest designer fashions from our e-tailers. If you want to buy an item simply click the 'BUY' button and you will be automatically taken to the e-tailer’s secure website where you can purchase it.
When and how do I receive the item I have bought?
Our e-tail partners all have strict policies and procedures in place to ensure you receive your product in an acceptable timeframe. Please check the e-tailer's website to confirm these details before you purchase. If you have a complaint or comment about a particular retailer please email us immediately at style@iStylista.com.
What if the product arrives and it doesn’t fit me or I don’t want it any longer?
Please check with the e-tailer’s returns policies before you purchase your item to make sure you are comfortable with their procedures. All of our e-tailers offer a returns service.
How does iStylista know what suits me?
iStylista is managed exclusively by real personal stylists who have years of experience in personal styling and shopping. This means they are fully qualified to identify the clothing styles and shapes to suit specific female profiles.
What if I don’t agree with your selection of what suits me?
Like anything creative, fashion is subjective. Our personal stylists handpick clothing based on a number of factors. They don’t expect you to like everything they choose but they are giving their best recommendations based on their experience. If you feel dissatisfied please amend your Style File with more accurate selections by clicking the ‘edit’ buttons in each section of your online changing room.
What happens if I don’t complete my Style File accurately?
If you don’t complete your Style File accurately you won’t see your most suitable items in your online changing room. To amend your profile simply use the edit suite in your Style File at any time.
Do you keep me informed of my latest designer styles?
Yes, we will keep you regularly informed by email once you have fully registered and completed your Style File. Simply follow the link in the email, log in and you will be able to preview the items your personal stylist has selected for you. If you don't receive an email please check your email spam or junk box.
How do I enter iStylista competitions?
We run a competition every month and email it directly to our members. If you want a chance to win our competitions you need to be fully registered. Simply complete your Style File in your online changing room.
Will my details be used or sold to third parties?
No. The information you provide is confidential and we would be breaking the law if we started selling it to third parties without your permission. Our servers are highly secure and we pride ourselves on our professionalism and member privacy.
Can I use iStylista wherever I am in the World?
Yes. Many of our e-tailers ship their products globally but we advise you to check their delivery costs and destinations on their websites first.
