From manners to maintenance, Kat Neumann knows what it takes to create an image that works. This Ottawa-born native's passion for image began as a young child while her grandmother gave her valuable lessons on proper etiquette. When she wasn't focused on proper behavior, Neumann was found putting outfits together for her family, friends, and self (in that order). Since then, Kat's understanding of image has landed her a broad-scope of jobs in Bermuda, Toronto, and various corporate and private sectors. However, this kind-natured professional did not want to experience her success alone. "I love to empower people and help them strive to be the best - either through image, behavior modification, or just getting to know them and pointing them in the right direction," says Neumann. "There's nothing better than seeing people feel good about themselves and achieving their goals." Throughout her early twenties, Kat spent many years coaching co-workers, family, and friends on how to use image to land jobs in government, sales, and numerous corporate sectors. What started as a hobby, quickly turned into a great success. After helping numerous people land their dream jobs, Neumann decided to make impression her profession.

The way this makes the most sense to me is to help women step into their power while they step into their clothes.
