As a youthful fifty-something with an innate sense of style, I have firsthand experience of developing a personal style which accommodates changes to lifestyle, age and body shape. ‘Looking good and feeling great’ is my mantra as the two are so closely linked. Facing a lack of confidence in the way you look or not knowing where to start after losing direction can be quite a daunting prospect. As a trained Style Coach™ and image consultant I can give practical styling advice that doesn’t cost the earth. I firmly believe that everyone can look their best each and every day! It’s not just about following the latest trends or having lots of money to buy designer labels, but through understanding which clothes flatter your body shape, knowing what colours suit you as well as dressing to suit your personality, lifestyle and budget. During a retail buying career spanning more than 30 years, I have worked for or with some of the top High Street names as a senior manager in fashion and beauty. Gaining an Honours Diploma from the Style Coaching Institute® has given me the opportunity to bring together the personal styling and individual coaching skills I have learned over the years to help others discover their own effortless style which comes from inner confidence and self-belief.
